Our Investment Process
Our focus is placed on multi-unit residential property projects across cities in the North of England that provide an attractive and reliable income stream with the potential for capital growth.
Our overall investment strategy is to invest in multi-unit distressed developments and below-market properties with an emphasis on assets that will appreciate in value through refurbishments and provide a high rental yield.
Before taking any action, we carry out surveys, do our due diligence, and then present to the Investment Committee, who will give feedback, request more information as appropriate, and will sign off on any investment by a majority vote.
