Michael Kosmas - Partner

With over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, Michael Kosmas has extensive experience in diverse areas, including deal sourcing, land assembly, and property management. A successful entrepreneur, Michael stands out for his exceptional understanding of the real estate business, analytical ability, and sharp business acumen that allows him to close one successful deal after another. 

During the time he has been in real estate, Michael has distinguished himself as a competent, ambitious, and knowledgeable professional. He has set a strong performance track record for having transacted multi-million pounds’ worth of deals as well as amassing a multi-million-pound portfolio of buy to let properties in the North East of England. A shrewd investor, Michael has experience investing in start-ups, equities, and commodities.

Abraham Bolel –Partner

Abraham has been in property development, buy to let's and other property related investments since 2000 and has a wealth of experience in the real estate industry. He established Simple Bridging UK which provides intelligent short-term finance for investors. He oversees all transactions personally delivering a first class professional and efficient service and can assist in advising on a range of financial options. His expert property knowledge includes residential, commercial and semi-commercial ventures. Over the past five years he has used his expertise to source, refurbish and find tenants across the North East region.

Mr. Barry Lawson – Fund Manager

Barry Lawson is an English solicitor with over 25 years private equity experience. During this time, he has helped raise 18 private equity funds with a total value of over €10bn. He has held senior positions within major UK private equity and venture capital firms including 3i Group, Bridgepoint Capital and the UK Government owned CDC Group Plc. In 2008 he established The Private Equity Consultancy LLP to provide compliance, operational, fund raising and ESG consultancy services to small-mid market private equity investment managers in the UK. Barry served for over 10 years as member of the BVCA’s Regulatory Committee before stepping down in Summer 2015
